In this audit, the College will be verifying learning actives completed between November 1, 2015 to October 31, 2016 (2016 licensing year).
I received paper copies. Do in need to submit both the paper forms and the online form?
No, you can choose to submit either one (but not both). Online submission was developed to make this process easier for you.
Can I submit my learning plan or CLPNNS Certificate of Completion online as well?
Yes. Simply upload the electronic file (learning plan or certificate) from your personal computer and hit submit.
Can I submit the Record of Professional Learning (RPL) form online?
Yes. Simply type your responses directly into the online form and hit submit. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the information your added to the RPL form. PLEASE NOTE: There is no save and send later function. Your data will be lost if you exit the form before sending it.
What if my learning activities fall outside these dates?

How do I know if the documents were submitted?
If the submission is successful, the form will reset to blank and you will get a ‘Thank you for submitting” message at the very bottom (you have to scroll down) of the form. You will also receive a confirmation email.
