CCP Audit Portal

Submit your learning plan online!

The portal will open on Friday, February 1, 2019. Only those selected for the CCP Audit are required to submit their learning documents. You can verify your participation in CCP by submitting learning documents in 1 of the 3 following methods:

  1. Upload last year’s learning plan document directly from your computer;
  2. Verify you have competed one of the CLPNNS on-line learning modules last year or;
  3. Submit Record of Professional Learning form describing your learning activities from last year.

The portal is here for your convenience and you don’t have to use it. You can still submit photocopies of your learning document by regular mail or fax to the address or fax number listed on the Notice of Audit Selection letter and email you received.  Can also scan and email your documents to (Please put CCP Audit Documents on the cover page of your fax or in the subject line of your email.) If you wish to submit by mail, fax or email, simply, there is no need to go further into this portal.

Individuals may request in writing to be exempt from the audit process for one year if they feel their personal circumstances warrant it. Each written request is assessed and an approved on a case-by-case basis however, generally exemptions are only considered if the member is currently experiencing overwhelming extenuating circumstances or has worked less that 320 because of medical or family leave.  Call Jylene Simmons at 902-423-8517 X 4 or email to discuss your case.
