Excellence and Leadership
We demonstrate excellence in practical nursing regulation, leadership, innovation and decision-making.

Principles of fairness and equity characterize all of the College‘s operations. The public and members deserve equal access to high quality services and fair treatment.

Collaboration & Partnership
Stakeholder relationships and partnerships are integral to the work and growth of the College.  We strive to understand and respect others’ interests as a cornerstone to successful collaboration.

Respect for the dignity of others characterizes the quality of our relationships, our communication and the way we treat each other.  Decisions and services reflect genuine empathy, caring and understanding.

Self-regulation is key to the College’s role in protecting the public.  Self-regulation enables us to support LPNs as they work independently within their scope of practice, fulfill our obligations to the public and our members and to bring unique contributions to the health system.
