When you finish viewing the session CLICK HERE for a Certificate of Completion/Reflective Practice Evaluation. Fill in the certificate and answer the first 2 questions now. Answer question 3 in 8-12 months.
You may use the certificate to partially satisfy the full requirements of your annual Continuing Competence Program as long as question 1, 2 & 3 are completed. Keep the certificate in your personal files/portfolio at home. You may be required to submit a copy of this Certificate of Completion/Reflective Practice Evaluation as part of the annual Continuing Competence verification process; however do not send a copy to the College until you are asked to do so.
